Each group is expected to practice good stewardship at Camp GuilRock. Please inform your group of the following responsibilities:
- No trees or shrubs are to be cut on the property. Camp GuilRock is a "nature preserve". The removal of any plant, animal, artifact, or mineral is prohibited. Hunting and trapping of animals are prohibited.
- Camping is allowed in designated areas by reservation only.
- Campfires are to be built only in the designated sites; they must not be left unattended and must be extinguished upon leaving.
- Fishing in the lakes is by permit only.
- Use of canoes is by permit only.
- Pets are not allowed except by permission of Director.
- No firearms (concealed or otherwise) or incendiary devices are allowed on the campus.
- No alcoholic beverages are permitted on campus.
- Swimming is by reservation only. Obey rules posted at the pool.
- Quiet time is to be observed between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Please observe the speed limits in the camp.
- All site trash must be bagged and put in the garbage containers provided.
- Please limit showers to 5 minutes in order to help the camp conserve water.
For those staying in Asbury/Kingswood Lodges
- Observe rules above.
- All overnight guests in the Asbury Lodge/Kingswood Lodge must provide linens, pillows, towels and toiletries.
- As groups are leaving, please allow enough time to clean the living quarters, bathrooms, kitchen and meeting areas.
- Units will be inspected after every use. Damages exceeding regular usage will be billed to the customer.
