Rates:
Early Bird (Ends 4/10) $170 Regular Rate $185 Deposit: $30 per camper, per week registered (Must be paid before spot is reserved) Balance: Remainder of balance due by the first day of each week of camp. |
!T-Shirts:
Will be provided each Thursday to be worn Thursday for our group picture. T-Shirts cannot be guaranteed to campers who are registered after June 1. Scholarships: Camp GuilRock Scholarships: Along with the Western North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church, we are able to award scholarships to camper families. Scholarships are limited so please register soon! Sands Scholarship: The Claire Huneycutt Sands Memorial Summer Camp Scholarship is available for campers who live in the Reidsville area and whose parents are members of a United Methodist congregation. Application information can be found here. |
How to Register:
Complete registration through the online registration portal. All forms, including the scholarship form, are available through our registration site. Complete the registration all the way to the end to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your camper's spot.

Camper Packing List:
Prior to Arrival:
Camper health and safety forms must be completed online two weeks prior to your first week of camp along. Paperwork not completed come first day of check-in will have to be completed prior to caregivers leaving the property. Campers will not be assigned to their group until this step is completed.

- Shoes to run in (closed-toe no crocs)
